Privacy practices for operational CRM data

RYVIA LABS CRM is designed for operational business records. Do not enter diagnoses, treatment details, prescriptions, payment-card data, credentials, or other clinical or regulated records.

Data use

Account, order, catalog, commission, client-flow, tracking, and communication data is used to operate and evaluate CRM workflows, permissions, reporting, and user experience.

Access

Access is limited to authorized users through role-scoped accounts and database row-level access rules. Credentials must not be shared outside the authorized organization.

Production readiness

Before external rollout, this page and the deployment should receive independent legal, privacy, and security review. Clinical and regulated health records remain outside the intended data scope.
